Videographer - Full Time Position

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be motivated by the responsibility of working within a high-performing fast-paced marketing team. They will be tasked daily with shooting and editing video assets to a high-level standard set by the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Brand. This role will see work across brand comms, web, and social media.

This role will include but is not limited to:

  • Collaborating with Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Brand and Social team to develop engaging video treatments that are aligned with our brand style and voice.
  • Shoot and edit a wide range of video content across all comms including organic social and paid digital.(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc)
  • Shooting and capturing high-quality video footage using professional-grade equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
  • Monitor social trends and incorporate findings into planned campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and high-level engagement.
  • Developing creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to ensure effective visual storytelling.
  • Setting up and managing equipment on-location, including lighting, sound, and any additional gear needed for the shoot.
  • Conducting interviews and recording audio, ensuring clear and high-quality sound capture.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to ensure the video aligns with the project's goals, brand identity, and target audience.
  • Meeting project deadlines and delivering final video content in various formats suitable for different platforms (e.g., websites, social media, presentations).
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient workflow, managing files, and archiving video assets through our DAM.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve video. production skills.
  • Regular travel to complete filming projects in the UK and abroad throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in golf and travel.
  • Proven experience as a Videographer is crucial, minimum 2 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
  • Strong understanding of the production process, including pre and post-production.
  • Clear understanding of video ad placement within performance marketing channels, such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in operating professional video and sound equipment, including cameras, Drone and lighting.
  • Excellent knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and the ability to edit and produce high-quality videos.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset bringing innovative ideas and concepts to the table.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and project stakeholders, taking direction and feedback effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and abroad, depending on the project requirements.
  • Driver’s license desirable.
