Cawder Course overview

A short 10-minute drive from Glasgow city centre, this 6,296-yard course is also known as the Championship Course and was designed in 1934 by the 5-time Open Championship winner James Braid. The par-70 Cawder Course is a parkland-style track, well-known for its flawless putting surfaces, providing the ultimate canvas for golfers to execute their shots.

Each hole is surrounded by an abundance of mature trees creating a tight course with little room for error off the tee. Despite the challenge, if you find yourself planning a Scotland tour this top 100 Scotland course is a must-visit.
