Please take a minute to familiarise yourself with the appropriate information below if any of your travel elements have been booked through Golfbreaks.com.

Your ticket is not included with your travel documents; they will be supplied by Eurotunnel on departure. Please quote your booking reference number when you check-in to receive your ticket. Alternatively, proceed to the self check-in lane, and you will obtain a booking pass by typing your eight-digit Eurotunnel booking reference on the machine.
You must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booked departure time, to allow for check-in procedures and passport control.
In order to check-in, you will need the following:
- Eurotunnel confirmation with booking reference number
- Valid passport for each passenger
- Driving licence
- Car insurance
- Car registration documents
Note: The last three are not required by Eurotunnel, but French law requires you to carry these documents with you when driving.
Vehicles powered by LPG and dual-powered vehicles will not be accepted on Eurotunnel.
Please note: Please be aware that Eurotunnel have recently (Aug 2006) changed their policy and the train on which you are booked is the train on which you should travel. There is a two hour "grace period" either side, during which you will be placed on the next available train (depending on space). If you arrive outside this period, Eurotunnel will make every effort to get you a crossing as soon as possible, although this may involve a considerable wait and/or an increase in price. We therefore strongly advise that, where possible, any changes to your travel arrangements are made with us as early as possible (preferably before the day of travel), so as to avoid any complications at the terminal. |

Dover-Calais: check-in is 1 hour prior to departure.
Calais-Dover: check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure.
