Golfbreaks.com have partnered up with a range of overseas hotels, tour operators, golf event organisers, equipment manufacturers and other suppliers ("third party suppliers") who wish to offer a variety of offers to our customers. These offers are advertised in the "Locker Room" section of our website.

Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the details of the offers (including the price) offered in the Locker Room are accurately reproduced we cannot accept any responsibility for any inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information or errors in details which have been supplied by any third party suppliers.

Please note that we are only advertising these offers on behalf of the third party supplier. We have no control over the services which form the basis of any offers. Where the third party is a tour operator or travel agent and they are not a member of ABTA, customers should be aware that ABTA protection does not apply to the third party site. The third party supplier will, unless otherwise stated, deal with your request in respect of the advertised offer and any subsequent bookings and fulfilment and any contract you enter into for in connection with these offers will be with the third party supplier. All prices should be considered indicative only and may have changed by the time you come to book the offer.

Whilst Golfbreaks.com will not accept liability in respect of any claims made against the third party supplier, by notifying us of any such claims we will, if reasonably requested by you, consider these in our decision to continue our advertising agreement with the third party supplier.
