Break Points Rewards Programme - Terms & Conditions |
All participants of the Break Points Rewards Programme must be aged 18 years or over.
In order to join the Break Points Rewards Programme users are required to register on the Golfbreaks.com website by filling in their full contact details and completing their golf holiday preferences.
Only registered users of the Break Points Rewards Programme are eligible to earn and spend points.
Golfbreaks.com reserve the right to; decline an application by a user to join the Breaks Points Rewards Programme; withdraw the membership of a user from the programme; alter or amend the conditions of operation of the programme; or to terminate the programme at any time without notice.

Registered users earn 1 point for every £10 that they spend on a golf break, where 1 point is worth 10p when redeemed (see below). This can be altered at the discretion of Golfbreaks.com.
Members of the rewards programme earn points on each break that they book on an individual break by break basis. Fractions of points cannot be earned and spend on one break cannot be carried over to another break.
Points cannot be earned for buying Golfbreaks.com Gift Vouchers. However users can earn points when they redeem a Golfbreaks.com Gift Voucher, with the number of points earned being related to the monetary value of the voucher.
Points can not be earned in conjunction with any other money off or value add offer. The user must choose between earning points or redeeming the particular offer.
Points earned for a particular break get credited to a user's account on the day that the user returns from that particular break.
The user whose name the booking is confirmed under will earn all of the points for a particular booking.
Points cannot be earned on corporate golf events or society golf days booked through Golfbreaks.com.
The Break Points Rewards Programme is effective from 1st January 2005, therefore points can only be earned on bookings made from that date onwards.
Points cannot be earned on bookings that the user has made and travelled on before the date that the user joined the Break Points Rewards Programme.
Bonus points for group bookings are earned in respect to the final number of people who travel on the break, and not the initial group size at the time of booking.
Points cannot be earned on any payment that was returned to the user due to a cancelled booking or refund. This includes any bonus points that the user was eligible for on that particular booking. Points can however be earned on non refundable deposits.

Points can only be spent as either payment or part payment for a break at the time of booking; or as full payment for selected items in our Golf Shop which have been given a Break Points value. Users are required to specify at the time of paying for a golf break or shop item if they would like to spend their points and the sales agent will then deduct them from their points account.
There is currently no maximum or minimum limit to the number of their points that a user can spend at one time when booking a golf break. Golfbreaks.com reserve the right to change this at any time without notice.
The only person that is allowed to spend points when making a booking is the group organiser or the person whose name the booking will be confirmed under, once the booking has been made.
Part payment of Golf Shop items using Break Points is not accepted. Therefore should Break Points be used to purchase a Golf Shop item, the item must be purchased in full with Break Points.

At present points do not expire however Golfbreaks.com reserve the right to change this at any time without notice.
Points are not transferable and can only be spent by the person whose account they are credited to. In addition they cannot not be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
Points can only be earned by individuals and credited to their individual accounts. Joint accounts are not available.
Golfbreaks.com reserve to right to add or remove points from a user's account at any time with due reason, with or without the permission of the user.
Periodically Golfbreak.com will inform registered users by email of the number of points that they have in their account and about current promotions and relevant special offers.
