The magnificent hotel at the K Club has been awarded the RAC Gold Ribbon and is Ireland's only 5 Red Star graded by the AA. Situated just 30 minutes west of Dublin City Airport, the hotel is set amongst 700 acres of dense woodland beside the River Liffey. It offers the ultimate in comfort, service and cuisine with three high-class restaurants, ensuring all your needs are catered for. The on-site leisure facilities are the finest example that no expense has been spared, a pool, sauna and jacuzzi, a snooker room, a clay target shooting ground, trout and salmon fishing in the Liffey and five stocked lakes for Coarse fishing. Please note; the hotel is closed Sunday to Wednesdays between November 2008 to March 2009 and for the complete month of January 2009.

Palmer Course (The K Club)

Designed by Arnold Palmer, home of the Smurfit European Open and host to the 2006 Ryder Cup, the K Club has established itself as one of the principal venues in European golf. At 7,179 yards with a par of 72, the winding fairways of the Palmer Course cleverly incorporate the old trees and water hazards, making it the course that is being talked about all round the world today. In the words of Palmer himself "We could draw and plan for 100 years and still not come up with as good a vision".

Smurfit Course (The K Club)

The Smurfit Course (originally known as the South Course) offers a completely different but equally severe test of golf. It has all the appearance and feel of an inland links, with undulating fairways, large difficult greens and treacherous rough. The Smurfit Course does however share the same abundance of challenging water hazards as the Palmer. With a length from the back tees of 7,300 yards, it has held the Smurfit European Open. However, it will accommodate all levels of player, with four or five tees on each hole so that the overall length can be considerably reduced.
