UK Product Executive - Full Time Position

Role Overview

Based at the Windsor head-office, you will work closely with Head of Product – UK to develop and promote the portfolio of properties in the UK territory across the Golfbreaks Group, enabling the business to strengthen its position and grow its financial return from this territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Rates & Pricing Management

  • Retrieve tour operator rates from contracted suppliers and load pricing & promotions into Golfbreaks Operating Systems for relevant sales channels, checking all elements have been input correctly and are ready to display on the Golfbreaks website.
  • Support Product Managers with website management within Product Configuration Tool, including package selection, price longevity and accurate promotions.
  • Carry out regular audit of room types, notes and promotions within sales systems to ensure information is clearly displayed to the contact centre.
  • Action and close rate queries, logging detail of error and impact to business. Establish causes for rate query and implement any changes required to fix the fault for future bookings. Communicate avoidable errors with Contact Centre Managers and Agents.
  • Action and support partner queries received via email or telephone.

Inventory Management

  • Manage venue stop sell cases using our CRM system Salesforce, with a target action within 24 hours of receipt, applying the relevant information within inventory platforms to inform business of accurate availability reports.
  • Investigate and resolve booking rejections caused by availability. Raise the query with suppliers, Sales Team, or Customer Service Agent, finding the cause of the issue and correcting.
  • Support inventory managers to extend inventory, ensuring maximum inventory of room types and golf course tees are open in advance for the booking window of 18 months.

Contact Centre Support

  • Give immediate support to sales team questions and queries to ensure they have everything at their disposal to make a sale in the most efficient and profitable manner.
  • Communicate supplier updates, information, and promotions to the contact centre via the respective Teams channel & email, and via actively sharing in Sales team meetings.
  • Support training of Sales and Customer Service teams on all product aspects that relate to their individual roles.

Product Processes and Tasks

  • Track all account activity in Salesforce and ensure venue account records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Support Product Managers by creating Venue Supply Agreement templates and completing contract details within Salesforce.
  • Work with Heads of Product on business process improvements and strategies, and undertake the necessary work to implement these changes.
  • Compile analysis of golf travel market and tour operator competitors pricing, reporting to the Product Manager the findings and any required amendments to packages and mark-ups.
  • Support implementation of new product and auditing of existing product on the Golfbreaks website, including management of images via Bynder.

Required Skills

  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management – ability to manage own workload.
  • Knowledge of travel and golf is preferred but not required.
