Key Responsibilities

Consult with inbound enquiries which have a group size of 1-8

Manage your pipeline of clients with excellent written and verbal skills

Sell based on the wants & needs of your clients that you have identified using the ‘Cycle of Selling’

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s

Receive inbound calls from prospective and existing customers providing them with a knowledgeable and superior customer service

To develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our UK & Ireland product

Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure the best possible customer service
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and committed with a positive attitude
- Drive and energy to go above and beyond for our clients
- Passion for working as part of a team to hit overall targets
- A willingness to learn
- An interest or knowledge of golf is beneficial but not a prerequisite
- Experience within a target driven/sales environment
- Experience within a customer-facing role
