Who are Women's Golf Day?
Women's Golf Day (WGD) is a global initiative aimed at celebrating and promoting women's participation in the sport of golf. The event was founded in 2016 and is a week-long event celebrating girls and women playing and learning golf with activities taking place at golf courses, driving ranges, and other golf-related facilities around the world. Since its launch, Women's Golf Day has gained significant traction, with thousands of golf courses and organizations around the world participating in the event each year, from local clubs to larger golf brands and institutions.
In 2025, Golfbreaks partnered with Women’s Golf Day to support its mission of making golf fun and accessible for women and girls worldwide. Together with the Women’s Golf Day community, we are committed to creating travel experiences for female golfers at every stage of their journey.
