Las Colinas Residences

Accommodation

There are three types of accommodation, depending on the size of your group: there are two or three-bedroom apartments, or there is the option of a three bedroom villa. Each comes with the following as standard a fully furnished kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating, parking spaces, a flat screen television with international channels, a left luggage service and more.

Restaurant & Bars

UNiK Café is located in the Clubhouse at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, this fabulous modern restaurant has a great international menu, with fresh ingredients to tempt your tastebuds. The elegant setting creates a very relaxed atmosphere, and with views over the lake on the 18th hole it is perfection. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered here, from tapas, to sandwiches to seafood cuisine. There is also capacity for special celebrations, with a private lounge that can seat up to 30 people.

The Glass Bar is perfect or for a cocktail or a beer after a day on the golf course. The open plan seating allows you to take in the lovely Mediterranean climate and unwind as the sun sets.

Along with a great golf course, there are other activities available to take your pick: A fully-equipped gym, tennis courts, a private beach club an infinity pool.

Las Colinas Residences are just a few minutes away are 16km of Mediterranean coastline. There are plenty of beaches to visit, such as La Zenia, Campoamor and the Torre de la Horadada marinas. There are lots of water sports to try if you are a bit of a thrill seeker, or simply hiring a yacht for the day and enjoying the waves. There are lots of architectural sights in Orihuela; the Palace of Rubaclava, a 14th century Gothic cathedral, the Baroque church of Santo Domingo and an Arabic castle. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars, serving traditional dishes of the region and providing a good night’s entertainment if you feel like a big night out.
