Carne Golf Club overview

The late Eddie Hackett created the monumental links course at Carne with as little disturbance as possible to the natural landscape in which it lies. Regarded as his greatest achievement alongside Waterville, a golf writer once described it as ‘God’s own course.’ Carne is located in North Mayo on the West Coast of Ireland overlooking Blacksod Bay and the wild Atlantic Ocean near the town of Belmullet.
