Golf Club Overview

This 7,157-yard course was designed by Denis Griffiths in 1996 and has hosted many professional tournaments, with winners including Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh. The course is well-maintained year-round and features great variety from hole to hole, with an abundance of water hazards and bunkers coming into play on the majority of holes. Thai Country Club has a layout that requires proper course management and its undulating greens make for many exciting pin placements. There are several top-class holes among this very strong eighteen. The 6th, measuring 218 from the back tees, is as challenging as they get with water guarding the right side and bunkers in front and behind the green.

Signature Holes

The par 4 15th hole at Thai Country Club is a real beauty. A good drive is needed to avoid the water on the right, but don’t go too far left as you will end up in the large fairway bunker that protects the left side of the fairway. Things don’t get much easier with your approach into the green as any shots, short, right or long will end up in the water. Par here is a very good score!
