Situated on the Pestana Golf Resort, Silves Golf Course affords a tranquil rural setting and is just a stone’s throw from the beautiful historic town of Silves. The course is kept in immaculate condition year-round, ideal for low scoring, even for the high handicap players.
Most holes offer a magnificent mountain and valley view, overlooking olive groves, pines trees and farms. The strategically-placed bunkers and lakes provide a challenging layout for golfers of all levels. The club is home to a practice range, practice area and two outdoor putting greens. There is also a pro shop and changing facilities on-site, and club and buggy rental are available.
There is a Restaurant and Bar that serves traditional Portuguese and International cuisine, with vegetarian, child's and diabetic meals available. It is open daily, serving breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner, and offering stunning views of the fairways on the 1st and 2nd holes.

Silves Golf Course is set in a serene spot with spectacular mountain and valley views and is definitely anything other than a walk in the park. The drive at the opening hole has to negotiate two water hazards on both flanks but a straight shot will reward the player with an easy uphill approach shot. Silves is a great golf course that encourages and rewards attacking play.
