Overview
Designed by Robert Trent Jones, the Quinta da Marinha Golf Courses is a par-71 course that plays 5,870 metres in length and is a real treat to play for any golfers visiting the Cascais area. Notable for its incredible views of the majestic Atlantic and Sintra Mountains, the course features numerous elevated tees and greens, which adds to an already challenging design. Golfers should also be aware of the many bunkers and water hazards which act as natural defences for the course, typical of a Robert Trent Jones design.
Signature Holes
The 3rd Hole at Quinta da Marinha is definitely its signature hole. A par-4 with the most incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean, the hole is so picturesque it was used for a number of years to promote ‘Golf in Portugal’. A real treat to experience for golfers of all abilities.
