BRG Da Nang Golf Resort

Da Nang & Hoi An, Vietnam

Overview

Situated between Da Nang and Hoi An, BRG Da Nang Golf Resort is a 36-hole golf resort located on 350 hectares of beautiful Vietnamese coastline. Two very contrasting golf courses designed by two of the biggest names in the sport, Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus make this resort a must play when visiting Vietnam.

The 3,800 square meter clubhouse was designed to mirror the contours and topography of the course and gives you a sense of nature whilst still being inside. In the clubhouse, there is a fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms as well as several restaurants, bars, and café – each offering a different experience.

The driving range has 17 covered and five outdoor bays as well as a 1,600 square meter chipping and putting green along with practice bunkers.

Golf Courses

The Norman Course dates to 2010 and is considered by some as the first true links course to be built in Southeast Asia. That said, it offers a perfect blend of classic links courses and those found in Norman’s native homeland on the Australian Sandbelt. The fairways roll fast and firm, framed by large bunkers, wastelands and large dunes, an incredibly fun test of golf.

In contrast, the Nicklaus Course is the first Bulkhead course to be built in Southeast Asia, taking inspiration from layouts found in Florida. Beautiful views of local villages and the city of Danang are met with large fairways surrounded by paddy fields, swamps, interconnecting lakes, and the Coco River.
