Laguna Golf Lang Co overview
Located between Da Nang & Hue, Laguna Lang Co Golf Course is considered to be within the best golf courses in Vietnam and is Sir Nick Faldo’s second design to be built in the country.
The clubhouse is beautiful and blends traditional Vietnamese decor with modern touches, which is everything you would expect from a top-quality golf facility. The on-site terrace café overlooks the 18th green, serving a variety of Asian and international dishes.
The halfway house is strategically placed and can be accessed from holes 7, 8, 10 and 11, meaning you have ample opportunity to get some food or drink should you need it. The driving range offers both covered and grass bays, and there is a large practice putting chipping area with bunkers, meaning you will definitely be prepared before your round.
A fun feature at Laguna Lang Co Golf Course is the Gongs mini putting course, a 10-hole putting course designed for people of all ages and abilities.
Laguna Lang Co Golf Course overview
Designed by golfing legend Sir Nick Faldo, the Laguna Lang Co Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 71 championship course that measures just over 7,000 yards from the championship tees.
Set in the hinterland of Laguna Lang Co, the ocean views and an amphitheatre like mountain back drop create a truly unique golfing experience. The course meanders its way between trees, rice fields and through impressive rock features, and is a fun but challenging golf course. It’s pristine and undulating fairways are flanked by natural waste areas and thick mature trees giving it a sense of playing in the jungle.
Signature Holes
With so many great golf holes, it’s hard to single one specific hole. But one hole that does stand out is the par 3 8th hole. The hole only measures 162 yards from the championship tees, but almost always plays into wind as you are hitting straight towards the sea. Anything short on this hole will either be in a bunker or waste area, meaning that a good up and down is required to make a par.
Did You Know
There is a good chance you will see water buffalo in the rice fields.
