Iberostar Selection Bávaro Suites

The Iberostar Selection Bávaro Suites is a five-star all-inclusive resort located on the famous Bávaro Beach in Punta Cana. It is a complete resort, perfect for golfers who also like to relax by the beach or indulge in the spa. Golf Courses

Guests of the Iberostar Selection Bávaro Suites can enjoy preferential rates and tee-times at the Iberostar Bávaro Golf Club. Opened in 2009, it is a par-72 Championship golf course designed by the famous Pete Dye, and is a short transfer away from both hotels.

Accommodation

The hotel has 596 spacious Junior Suites and two suites, split into 75 bungalows surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. All rooms are designed with a warm, inviting décor and have either a balcony or terrace. They all have the modern amenities such as a flat screen TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron and board, an alarm clock with radio and CD, telephone, internet, coffee and tea maker, minibar and a safety deposit box.

Restaurant & Bars

The seven dining options at the Iberostar Selection Bávaro Suites will far exceed your expectations. Its bars and restaurants not only offer varied and tasty menus but also tastefully adorned themed atmospheres.

The hotel’s main restaurant, Los Haitises, is a buffet that serves local Dominican specialities, as well as a large selection of international dishes. You can also enjoy breakfast by the beach at Los Bohios Beach restaurant, or enjoy some light snacks at Los Bohios Pool Bar.

There are several a-la-carte options you can choose from which need to be pre-booked at the hotel’s reception beforehand. Jambalaya serves Cajun specialities from the US state of Louisiana. Then you have Hashiru, an exquisite Japanese restaurant which serves sushi and sashimi. If you are looking for a gourmet dinner, consider the French restaurant La Coupole or La Dorada, considered the hotel’s finest option.

The resort is located in Punta Cana. The nearest airport is Punta Cana International which is a 30-minute transfer. Direct flights are available with British Airways from Gatwick. Flight time is approximately 8.5 hours. Indirect flights are also available to La Romana (40-minutes) or Santo Domingo (2 hours)
