Golf Courses

Jumeirah Golf Estates has two excellent golf courses which are often considered to be two of the best in Dubai. Both the Earth and Fire courses are fantastic examples of the kind of golf experience you can expect while in Dubai, but the Earth Course, in particular, is a real treat and it is no wonder it’s the yearly host of the European Tour’s Race to Dubai.

The Earth Course is sharply defined course which took a look of inspiration from the classic UK and North American parkland designs with strategic bunkering, rolling terrains, water features and tree-lined fairways. This natural design means that every tee shot is defined differently and golfers will not find any holes which seem ‘samey’.

The Fire Course often plays second fiddle to the more well-known Earth, however, that isn’t to say that golfers will not find another beautifully designed golf course which offers a contrasting experience. The Fire Course is characterised by its use of native flora which lines the fairways, its fiery greens and undulating topography, it is certainly a course which should be well-respected when you play.
