The K Club overview
The K Club is a luxury 5-star property in County Kildare near Dublin that boasts 140 exquisite bedrooms and suites, providing visitors with a grand Irish country retreat. Idyllically located amongst 550-acres of beautiful countryside on a mile-long private stretch of the River Liffey, guests will find an elegantly restored 19th Century Georgian mansion that was converted into a hotel in 1991.
The K Club is also home to two magnificent championship golf courses – The Palmer North Course which hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup and The Palmer South Course, which hosted the European Open from 1995 to 2007. With plenty of dining options and outdoor activities to try there is something for everyone at this iconic property.
Golf Courses
The K Club offers a unique golfing experience, comprising not one, but two parkland golf courses designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer, whose iconic courses are considered some of the best in Ireland.
Both courses have received significant upgrades and investment in recent years and with such an extraordinary asset – we are the only 36-hole, Arnold Palmer designed destination in Europe – The K Club golf team is looking to the future with the same trailblazing attitude found elsewhere on our 550-acre resort.
Rightly proud of our legacy as a leading tournament destination – having hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup, and the 2023 Irish Open among other championship tournaments – we are also looking forward to welcoming back the Irish Open in 2025 and 2027, as well as the Irish Challenge Tour in 2024 and 2026.
In addition to our landmark courses, our pros over at K Golf World employ the most innovative simulation technologies to assist you in improving your game. While technical prowess will certainly improve after a session at K Golf World, an evening here is also a fantastic way to have fun, socialise and bond with friends or family over drinks and tasty bar bites.
