West Course
at Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club
Edinburgh, Scotland
West Course overview
The Resort West Course is regarded as the easier sister course to the main event of the East Course at Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club, perfect as an enjoyable warm-up round for all ages and abilities. Although the smaller of the two courses, with the option to play a shorter 9 or 13 holes due to its winding course design, the round won’t be a walkover, with smaller greens and tighter fairways. Accuracy and club selection, particularly on your approach shots is vital to a successful round.
Signature Holes
The signature hole for the West Course lies on its shortest, the par 3 16th. It features a closely guarded green with a river on the approach and surrounding rough placed on a steep hill.
Did You Know?
There are stunning views to be admired across the whole Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club, but get in the right spot and you can see as far as the Forth Bridges and Edinburgh Castle.
