The Europe Top 100 Royal Course has plenty of water hazards, sand traps, and generally more length than its neighbouring course, offering a much sterner test of golf. The 16th is one of the most famous holes in Portuguese golf, a par-3 requiring a shot of over 235 yards over three spectacular cliffs to reach the green.
Ocean Course
The Ocean Course at Vale Do Lobo is situated right on the edge of the coastline and offers some of the most stunning views in European golf. The undulating fairways run alongside rows of pine trees, olive trees, and eucalyptuses, to present a testing golf course that can examine a golfer's game as well as any other course in Europe. The ocean golf course demands accuracy to shoot well.
