Overview
Situated in the natural majestic setting of Hilton Head Island among Carolina pine trees, flowering magnolias, and moss-draped oaks, this 27-hole golf club offers three championship golf courses. The Brigantine, Clipper and Galleon. The greens are large and well bunkered and there are plenty of sand and water hazards.
The clipper course requires a good long game and a soft touch around the greens and may be the most difficult of the nines. The Galleon course meanders through large oaks and tall pines and requires heavily guarded greens. Built in 1982, the Brigantine course is filled with water hazards where Alligators sun themselves near its lagoons and ponds.
