Golf course

The par 72 track measures 6,269 metres with six different tee options. The course prides itself on its quick greens which run fair, keeping it in great condition all year round. When playing the championship course you will find water hazards from the lagoons on most holes, meaning accuracy of the tee is essential. The course also boasts picturesque views of the Red Sea Mountains.

Occasionally when the wind picks up off the Red Sea it can impose a challenge however if you are tight and compact with your game, you will be able to get lots of birdie opportunities.

Signature Holes

The signature hole at El Gouna is the 17th hole, a winding par 5 which measures 526 yards. Requiring good accuracy of the tee and often a lay-up while trying to not drift right toward the lagoon waters. This hole is often a knee shaker as it can make or break your score.
