The desert-style layout at Makadi is the longest in Hurghada and you can enjoy picturesque views of the Red Sea, mountain ranges and incredible landscapes throughout your round. The year-round sunshine also makes for fantastic golfing conditions, and Madinat Makadi is recognised as being in the top 10 courses in Egypt.
The course falls under USGA specifications and is designed to the highest standard to challenge the best players in the world, although, with six sets of tees, this layout also accommodates all levels of golfer. The front and back nine offer two different tests, but both nines finish on a long and challenging par 5, meaning attention is required all the way round!
The front nine is flatter and golfers must contend with water hazards, unlike the back nine which weaves through hills and desert.
