It’s all just great food, expertly cooked and served by friendly waiting staff. The chef is proud to use the best Jersey produce, beautifully presented and served, from scallops hand-picked in local waters, to the sweetest Jersey Royal potatoes, plucked from the ground that very day.

Afternoon tea and light meals can be taken outside on the terrace in fine weather. There’s tapas and sandwiches, salads, moules and crab cakes. And the very popular Sharing Stackers: three layers of delicious treats to have with a friend. A meal in the beautiful gardens is one of life's great pleasures.
