Moor Allerton Golf Club Overview

Founded in 1923 and re-designed in 1971, Moor Allerton Golf Club offers 27-holes of championship golf, all designed by famous architect Robert Trent Jones. The courses all resemble a more American style of golf, with large greens, big teeing areas, uniquely shaped bunkers, and multiple water hazards. The three nines in the Yorkshire countryside are played in different combinations to give the High Course, Blackmoor Course and the Lakes Course.

Blackmoor Golf Course Overview

The Blackmoor loop, also known as the championship course, is made up of holes 10 to 18 which feature narrow fairways that are particularly challenging. The par five 18th hole stands out on this course, a lake on your second shot needs to be tackled before landing on an unforgiving green, which slopes harshly and is protected by bunkers.

Take advantage of the excellent practice facilities at the club to tackle this tough course.
