Fairmont Royal Palm Golf & Country Club is one of Cabell B Robinson’s finest designs. Measuring 7,226 yards from the back tees and weaving in between five substantial water features, this is no easy test of golf. With two putting greens, a 300m driving range, golf clinics and club fitting workshop – this club has everything you could need for your Marrakech golf trip.

This is one of the finest and newest courses in Marrakech and will offer a unique challenge to low and high handicappers. The 1st hole is a tough start – a 450-yard par 4 that requires a good drive in order to reach in two shots. Hole 6 is the first par five that may appear simple from the tee, but with water running down all the way down the left-hand side club selection is vital. The 9th hole is a monster 600-yards par 5 that has been rendered difficult by a left side gully kept as a natural sanctuary which will undoubtedly penalise a mis-hit shot. The 18th hole is a great finishing hole – the second shot overlooks the clubhouse and depending on the flag and the accuracy of your approach shot, water remains a large threat. A mis-hit shot into the green could settle any wagers before a beer in the bar.
