Golf Courses

Real Golf La Manga Club boasts three championship standard golf courses each offering a new and exciting challenge. Although The North Course only stretches out to 6,289 yards, golfers need to be on their toes throughout their round, with tree-lined fairways and lakes placing a premium on accuracy off the tee. West Course presents a real challenge.

Finally, remodeled in 2005 by Arnold Palmer, the South Course saw the addition of water hazards, as well as the reshaping of several of the greens. The result is a golf course that presents a challenge at every turn, and always lives long in the memory!

The renovated clubhouse also offers a sports bar and a fantastic rooftop terrace overlooking the North Course and golf academy, the perfect spot for a cold drink after your round.

Golf courses at Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa

North Course

One of the three on-site championship courses at La Manga Club, the North Course is slightly shorter than the South Course, offering a more inviting experience for players. Golfers of all handicaps will enjoy the course as the tighter fairways and greens mean accuracy will be rewarded. The greens are built to USGA standards, so the green movement creates a real challenge, perfect for those wishing to improve their short game.

South Course

One of the three on-site championship courses at La Manga Club, the South Course was originally designed by Robert Putman but was modified by Arnold Palmer. The modifications made the course more of a challenge, adding water hazards, trees and green alterations, so even the most skilled players will enjoy this course. Golfers will be rewarded once they reach the back nine, as the front nine are designed to be a lot trickier with two par-3s measuring over 200 yards and some daunting par-4s.

West Course

Style: Parkland

With narrow fairways, the West Course at La Manga Club requires accuracy off the tee for a good score. The course contains multiple blind spots and elevation changes, a great challenge for the more tactical golfers. An accurate game on the front nine will be rewarded, however, the back nine opens up more, creating a more forgiving game. The 18th hole is a particular highlight, with the high elevated tee showing a stunning view of the resort and Murcia.
