Originally an Elizabethan Manor House, Heacham Manor was restored and refurbished in 2009. Now a luxury Norfolk hotel, the accommodation is elegant and extremely comfortable.

Heacham Manor Hotel is a Grade II listed country house set in picturesque grounds. Opening to guests for the first time in 2009, Heacham Manor is West Norfolk’s first golf hotel.

Golf Courses

The Championship length 18-hole golf course is designed as an American-style links golf course and incorporates the natural features of the area of important landscape it lies within. It will certainly challenge all level of golfers. At over 6,000 yards from the yellows and with some of the best greens in the area, the golf course provides not only an excellent test of your skill but is also the perfect location for round of golf surrounded by stunning scenery.

Heacham Manor boasts 52 bedrooms, from comfortable cottage rooms to lavish four-poster suites and an impressive array of facilities, including; golf course, spa and award-winning restaurant.

In 2021, Heacham Manor Hotel opened The Pavilion; a large, dedicated function suite that can cater for up to 150, with its own private entrance, bar and landscaped garden. The Pavilion is also home to 7 spacious suites, a contemporary golfer's bar facing onto the putting green, modern changing facilities and Pro Shop. One of the most breath-taking features of this facility connected to an additional 1st-floor bar is the spacious balcony with ample seating and glorious views across the 18-hole course.

Norfolk is a hotspot for fantastic produce and the food in the Mulberry Restaurant comes highly rated, as shown by the restaurants long standing AA Rosette award. Heacham Manor is proud to have been awarded one of the “Top 100 Golf Resorts in Britain & Ireland in 2018”.
