Portstewart Golf Club, situated in Northern Ireland, was founded in 1894 and is home to three great links golf courses. The Old Course, The Strand and The Riverside provide completely unique challenges, each create an enjoyable test of golf within contrasting pieces of land.

The flatter piece of land offers a slightly easier test, measuring under 6000 yards this is perfect for golfers looking for a less demanding round.
The Old Course opened in 1984 and is where Portstewart’s history began, the much shorter course allows golfers to delve into the history of golf itself.

Strand Course
The Strand Course at Portstewart is an excellent but extremely challenging golf course. Dubbed ‘the sleeping giant’ and ranked among the very best courses in Ireland. The Willie Park Jr and Des Giffin design is defined by its undulating dunes, runoff pot bunkers, rolling fairways and difficult manicured greens. The views from almost every hole are magnificent, the beauty of this course has to be seen in person to truly be believed, staying in every golfer’s memory for an eternity.
Riverside Course
The Riverside Course at Portstewart lives up to its name, with a range of holes that meander along the banks of the River Bann. Providing a great challenge for all levels of golfers, this is the perfect course for groups and societies, and those looking for a slightly easier challenge compared to the mighty Strand Course.
