A brand-new venue for 2016 and exclusive to Golfbreaks, this golf resort boasts two fabulous courses of the highest standard, clients will not be disappointed by this new hidden gem. It offers contemporary comfort and is conveniently located less than six miles from the centre of Nottingham. However, it is also set in 340 acres of beautiful rolling countryside and manicured grounds.
Golf Courses
There are two fantastic 18-hole parkland courses located onsite – the Signature Course and Championship Course. Throughout the two courses, guests will be required to battle copious water hazards and strategically placed trees, all whilst enjoying the surrounding countryside and local wildlife.
Accommodation
The Nottinghamshire introduced nine individually brand new stylish bedrooms in 2016 to accompany its range of stylish and modern rooms, making it one of the most premium resorts in the UK. These luxurious bedrooms have been individually designed with a unique décor and are perfect for golfers looking to relax after a day on the course.
Restaurant & Bars
The Lakeview restaurant offers a full menu, with modern British fayre and classic dishes. Dining is warm and friendly throughout this superb resort. The bar offers a great selection of drinks and the atmosphere throughout the clubhouse is very welcoming and friendly. The resort is known for its great food and diverse menu, including a blend of English classics & mix of something new. The critically acclaimed restaurant has received great praise from our customers.

Championship Course
The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club is situated in 240 acres of picturesque countryside and consists of two excellent parkland layouts – the Championship Course and Signature Course. The Championship Course consists of subtle borrows and daunting oak trees which tend to line the plush fairways. There is also an abundance of water hazards to keep you on your toes, whilst grass faced bunkers will also impose a challenge throughout.
The Signature Course
The Signature Course at The Nottinghamshire is a stunning course with an intricate design you can enjoy from start to finish. The course combines many natural hazards including hedgerows which line the fairways, thick rough, undulating fairways, large greens, water features and strategically placed bunkers. All of these factors combine to give a well-rounded golf experience suitable for all levels of golfer.
