The Signature Course
at The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club
Nottingham, England
The Signature Course overview
The Signature Course at The Nottinghamshire is a stunning track which has been well-designed from start to finish. Similarly to the Masters Course, the Signature captures the many natural hazards of the Nottinghamshire countryside. The front nine combines hedgerows and undulating fairways with large greens and water features. The mature trees and many water hazards pave the way for an excellent round of golf which requires a great deal of thought.
The holes furthest away from the countryside are truly exceptional, so be sure to look out for any wildlife that may be roaming the fairways. The beautiful lake is home to both aquatic and birdlife and is also the home of the 11th tee, which is on a peninsula in the middle of the lake.
Signature Holes
The 16th hole on the Signature Course is considered The Nottinghamshire’s signature hole, a 136-yard par 3 over water to a wide but shallow green, with an approach that rolls back to the water.
