Cholla Course overview

Style: Desert

Measuring in at 7225 yards, this 18-hole Scott Miller design is one of the best courses in Scottsdale. When the course opened in 2001, it rapidly became one of the most popular in Arizona. Golfers were thrilled by the impressive layout, absence of real estate and spectacular mountain views. Maintenance and presentation standards are always top class, ensuring that the greens are some of the slickest you’ve putted on. Well placed bunkering adds to the course’s overall aesthetic.

With many elevation changes, this course offers a truly dramatic test of golf that plays through shady arroyos, over desert ridges, and it delivers a great Arizona golf experience in the most natural of desert environments. The course, as well as the Saguaro, are widely considered as one of the most pristine desert golf layouts in the Southwest with no developments nearby to spoil the views of the river valleys and Red Mountain.
