Golf Courses
The Abama Golf course is a beautiful Dave Thomas design, which has a dynamic land that encompasses excellently maintained greens, 22 lakes and a wide-variety of subtropical vegetation – including 20,000 exotic palm trees for golfers to work around. This 18-hole course perfectly overlooks the stunning Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera for breath taking views as you look down each fairway.

The hotel’s suites are spacious, with the smallest being triple the size of a standard hotel room. All rooms include a living room which leads onto either a terrace or garden, a high-end fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms are filled with natural light that pools into large space, each room has a plush king-size bed or two singles. This venue is perfect for groups with the biggest suites having the capacity for up to six guests that come with a private hot tub.

The gastronomy on offer at Las Terrazas de Abama is remarkable. Melvin restaurant presents Spanish cuisine with a menu full of flavour. The head chef at Melvin also has 40 years of experience and 12 Michelin stars across his restaurants.
Your culinary experience will not stop there, Tágara is one of the newer additions to the hotel and is host to traditional canary island cuisine. Its backdrop is impressive with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to take in the views while dining.

Close by, is Teide national park, which is home to a towering volcano. If you are feeling daring, you can climb the highest peak in Spain- Mount Teide. Or you can make use of one of the park's cable cars to enjoy the scenic view of Tenerife.
