Overview
Golf in Bulgaria offers a great selection of world-class and challenging golf courses; the golf course at the Lighthouse Golf Resort is no exception. The par 71 parkland-style course with a length 6,720 yards was designed by Ian Woosnam; and is one of many must-play golf courses in Bulgaria.
Similarly to the hotel the course is relatively new and was completed in 2008, but already looks and feels far more developed than this. The golf course is designed in such a manner that it is very enjoyable but challenging to play, with some great hole layouts and fantastic strategic positioning of hazards. This course should definitely not be overlooked when visiting Bulgaria, as it is sure to leave a lasting impression for any golfer.
