In just 20 years Turkey has gone from a golfing backwater to a bonafide big-hitter of the European game, thanks largely to its combination of superb courses, five-star all-inclusive accommodation and no less than 300 days of sunshine every year.
Belek is known as the home of all-inclusive golf as most of the courses in the country are located here! We are often asked by our customers, what are the best golf courses in Turkey?
Well, here's a list of some of the top golf courses on the beloved golf coast!
1. Carya Golf Club
Built: 2008 | Par: 72 | Course type: Heathland
The handiwork of five-time Open Champion Peter Thomson's Lobb Golf Course Architects and Thomson Perrett, multiple Turkish Airlines Open host, Carya draws its inspiration from the classic heathland layouts of the Surrey/Berkshire sandbelt. More than a million sprigs of heather were imported in order to create a wonderfully scenic course that weaves through the pine forests. Special mention of the greens is deserved too – these are some of the finest you’ll ever putt on!
While at Carya enjoy Europe's first fully floodlight golf course by playing some night golf! And why not stay at the on-site five-star resort?
Once again in super condition, attention to detail excellent. Fantastic to have the opportunity to play on a tour course a couple of months before the pros. ~ Trusted Customer

Nestled among towering pine forests and undulating sandy ridges, this strategic masterpiece features tricky doglegs, shimmering lakes, and risk-reward opportunities that demand precision and creativity.

3. Lykia Links Golf Club
Built: 2008 | Par: 73 | Course type: Links
The only true links-style course in the region, Lykia Links is a breathtaking seaside masterpiece on the edge of the Mediterranean, forming part of the prestigious Lykia World Antalya resort. Stretching along two miles of golden shoreline, the course offers spectacular ocean views—but don’t let the scenery distract you. Designed by Perry Dye, son of the legendary Pete Dye, this course is a masterful challenge, featuring dramatic contours, rugged sleeper-edged bunkers, and ever-present coastal winds.
Everything about this place oozes class. Great welcome, superb golf course and facilities and food/drink great. ~ Trusted Customer

- Architect: Perry Dye

4. Gloria Golf Club, Old Course
Built: 1997 | Par: 72 | Course type: Woodland
Opened in 1997, Gloria Old Course is one of the oldest in Belek – it’s also still one of the very best. Plotting your way around is like negotiating a golfing minefield, with sand and water hazards lying in wait to put a big dent in your scorecard. A second 18-hole layout New Course was added in 2005 and is famed for its island green 17th that is reminiscent of TPC Sawgrass. Completing the set is a nine-hole practice course, ensuring golfers of all abilities have plenty of opportunities to refine their game.
Gloria also offers three different accommodation options, great for varying group sizes, budgets and preferences.
Old Course, Gloria Golf Club
Great course for all handicaps. Rewarded for a good shot, penalised for a bad one. In great condition with nice speed of greens. I would always be happy to play here. ~ Trusted Customer

- Length: 5,111 yards (front tees), 6,492 yards (back tees)
- Architect: Michel Gayon

5. Sueno Golf Club, Pines Course
Built: 2006 | Par: 72 | Course type: Parkland
With two outstanding courses onsite, it’s little wonder that the Sueno resort is one of the most popular stops on a Turkey golf holiday. The Pines probably edges the shorter Dunes course but in truth, both courses play through the same wonderful landscape of sand and pine, with a few sizeable water hazards thrown in for good measure. Each course boasts unforgettable island green holes that are sure to leave a lasting impression.
Additionally, Sueno offers two accommodation options, catering to varying budgets, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of travelers.

Venue for the European Tour’s prestigious Turkish Airlines Open in 2013, 14 and 15, the Montgomerie course at the five-star MAXX Royal resort features some very special holes that have certainly impressed both professionals and amateurs alike. Made up, unusually, of six par-3s, six-par-4s and six par-5s, the course is immaculate, challenging and very playable with a myriad of water hazards and expanses of sandy wasteland to negotiate.

The original Belek course, and still the standard by which all others are judged. The National is a wonderfully quiet and tranquil place, with the course winding through a stunning forest of eucalyptus and pine trees. It’s not easy, with narrow fairways and loads of water to be avoided, but it’s a wonderful challenge that is best capped by a lovely lunch on the terrace overlooking the 18th.
Beautiful course and club house. Good service and friendly helpful staff. ~ Trusted Customer
Key Features
- Length: 5,024 yards (front tees), 6,429 yards (back tees)

8. Antalya Golf Club, PGA Sultan Course
Built: 2003 | Par: 71 | Course type: Parkland
It might be the younger of two excellent courses at Antalya, part of the Sirene Belek Hotel, but when it comes to the severity of challenge the PGA Sultan is undoubtedly the senior partner. It also has a genuine knee-knocker of an opening tee shot - right up there with Machrihanish - with water in front of the tee, trees on the left side of the fairway and water all down the right.
A much more testing course for all levels of golfers, lot of water features. It was again lovely to walk the course with hired trolley. Condition of course excellent. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. ~ Trusted Customer
Key Features
- Length: 5,003 yards (front tees), 6,477 yards (back tees)

9. Antalya Golf Club, Pasha Course
Built: 2003 | Par: 72 | Course type: Parkland
The Pasha is shorter and a little more forgiving than its bigger brother, but as they say at Antalya, “it is no walk in the woods”. Both courses are great fun to play, with a wonderful variety of holes, difficult bunkering positions and a natural feel throughout. Stay at the Sirene Belek and play the Pasha course with one of our most luxurious Turkey golf holiday experiences!
Testing and well groomed. Greens excellent and layout suitable to any golfer. ~Trusted Customer
Key Features
- Length: 4,721 yards (front tees), 6,258 yards (back tees)
- Architect: David Jones, European Golf Design and Tim Lobb
- Special Feature: This course offers a deceptive scenic challenge, it may seem like a leisurely stroll through the woods, but don’t be fooled—the course offers a strategic and testing layout that keeps golfers on their toes.
