The Dubai Desert Classic will once again return to the stunning Majlis Course at the Emirates Golf Club in the UAE after a fantastic win from Rory McIlroy, celebrating his record fourth Desert Classic win.

This DP World Tour event was the first-ever to be held in the United Arab Emirates back in 1989 and has been staged every year since at the Emirates Golf Club all bar two (1999 and 2000) when it moved to Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.
Over the year's it has become widely recognised with legends such a Seve Ballesteros and Jose Maria Olazabal winning the title. This has certainly helped to attract more spectators and sponsorship to promote Golf in Dubai, in fact, the UAE is now home to six tour events.
