How to

While our sales experts here at Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR are always happy to call you and assist with any matter concerning your booking, one of the quickest and easiest ways to manage your golf trip is by using our online booking portal.

You not only have 24/7 access to all the information regarding your trip, but from here you can view your quotes, update guest details, make payments, view package itineraries, or proceed to the booking stage if you have been provided with a quote.

Below, we have created a short guide on accessing and navigating the online portal to manage your golf trip.

Logging into the portal

If you already have an account, you can sign into our online portal here. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here. Making an account is quick and simple, plus you will benefit from being able to easily manage and make changes to your bookings online without needing to contact us.

Remember you can still view your quotes and booking summary online, even if you do not have an account. Simply follow the link sent to you in the email or ask the lead booker to share this with you.

Dashboard

Once signed in, you will be viewing the portal dashboard. This area will provide you with easy access to any quotes or bookings and a list of the latest Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR promotions. You can also quickly navigate to view your member offers and your account settings where you can update your profile.

If you need to get in touch, you can navigate to ‘Help & Support’ where you will find a contact number, open hours, and a list of helpful FAQs.

Quotes

There will be a quote available for you to view online after you’ve inquired about a golf trip, with a price breakdown available for each itinerary. The online portal allows you to self-manage your quotes, with the option to delete a package, book a trip, and share the quote with other members of your group.

We’ve created a separate article regarding quotes, where you can learn how to navigate your quotes.

There are seven sections to the bookings page. These are:

  • Summary
  • Itinerary
  • Manage guests
  • Manage payments
  • Rooming list
  • Tasks
  • Information

This page is where you can see an itinerary breakdown for both golfers and non-golfers, add guests to your booking, manage any outstanding payments, assign rooms to different guests, complete any important tasks, such as flight information, and more.

To give you an in-depth view of how to navigate these sections, we have created two articles:

Account

Here you can ensure your personal details are up-to-date and tell us more about your golf and travel preferences. This will personalize your experience and ensure we show you the most relevant offers and information. The account page is also where you can choose how Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR keeps in touch with you, with the option of subscribing to our weekly email, seasonal brochure, and SMS offers.

Member offers

If you would like to view the latest promotions and partner exclusives, you can do so by clicking the ‘Members Offers’ tab at the top.

Remember: if the online portal isn’t for you, you can always call us direct and speak to one of our experts who would be happy to speak to you about your booking.

Feeling confident?
We hope you found this guide useful and informative. To manage your booking online simply login to our booking portal below!
