Links Course
at Grand National Golf Club
Alabama, USA
Golf Course Overview
The second layout to be built at Grand National, the Links Course is a great complement to its sister the Lake Course. With plenty of water and marsh areas in play, shooting par here is no easy feat. Several doglegs require shot-shaping abilities in order to score well, while the tiered greens require solid putting.
A renovation in 2021 brought new tees and bunkers and saw the installation of TifEagle Ultradwarf greens. The 18th hole is considered one of the best and most challenging finishing holes on the Robert Trent Jones Trail. The Links Course measures just over 7,300 yards from the back tees but has four sets of tees to cater to golfers of all abilities.
