RiverTowne Golf Course overview

The layout at RiverTowne is a shot shaper’s course that works its way through the local marshlands and live oaks synonymous with the Lowcountry. This Arnold Palmer Signature design has hosted two LPGA Tour events and is a challenge to all that visit. A thorough plan of attack is important to avoid the deep bunkers, wetland areas and lakes.

The back nine is the tougher of the two, and more tree-lined to begin with, but opens back up to Horlbeck Creek which runs alongside two-thirds of the holes. The superb views and great course layout make it one of the gems of South Carolina and a must-play when visiting Charleston.
