Royal Dornoch is right there and a must-play for any links enthusiast. There are three other lesser-known gems within a 25-minute drive called Brora, Golspie and Tain. Castle Stuart is an hour away and Nairn a further 15 minutes from there.

Just over an hour north of Inverness airport in the historic village of Dornoch, which is in the north of Scotland. International access is best through Edinburgh or Glasgow airports which are more than four hours away, or connect into Inverness.

When off the golf course there are numerous fun activities to enjoy and interesting places to visit. This region of the country is known as ‘Nature’s Playground’, with a stunning combination of woodland, hills, mountains and coastline, plus there are plenty of historical sites like Dunrobin Castle.
