The Wolf Course overview
The Wolf Course at Paiute Golf Resort was designed by Pete Dye in 2001. Located 25 minutes north of the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, this challenging desert-style course plays over 7600 yards from the back tees and features 5 tee boxes.
Tight, rolling, desert fairways and hard greens make the Wolf Course difficult for all level of players. While the Wolf Course is undoubtedly a challenge, it is also one of the most picturesque courses a player can find. Dramatic elevation changes and views of the mountains and natural landscape are jaw-dropping. The Wolf Course is maintained to the highest level and is a truly remarkable experience, making it one of the best golf courses in Nevada.
Signature hole
The Wolf Course at Paiute Golf Resort has several incredible holes but the one that stands out the most is the par-5 12th. This gorgeous hole features nearly 100 feet of elevation change from tee box to the fairway. A sharp, dogleg left, the 12th is protected by tight fairways and a well-placed greenside lake. From the tee box, golfers will get a chance to take in magnificent views of the Red Rock Canyons. This hole is truly cut into the natural, desert landscape.
