SouthShore Golf Club overview
SouthShore Country Club is a luxurious and lavish club set in the Lake Las Vegas community that is 30 minutes east of Las Vegas, and it is considered to be among the best golf courses in Nevada. The 28,000 sq. ft. The Mediterranean-style clubhouse has a fully stocked pro shop and a restaurant and a full-service bar with beautiful views of Lake Mead National Park and its mountains in the background. There is also a large driving range with several putting greens and practice bunkers.

The first private Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in Nevada, SouthShore Country Club offers golfers a challenging, enjoyable, and scenic round of golf. The course is characterized as having generous fairways, tiered and narrow greens that are well-guarded, and strategically placed fairway bunkers. Water hazards are present on several holes, as well as forced carries over waste areas, water, and desert canyons.
The layout winds up and downhill, with dramatic elevation changes as much as 1750 feet. Picturesque views of the nearby mountains as well as Lake Las Vegas can be seen throughout the course. The final four holes, known as the “Fantastic Four,” offer some of the most breath-taking and challenging holes on the course.
