The Cove Club Golf Course (formerly the Ocean Course) became a private course in 2020, however the Tom Weiskopf-designed Cabo Del Sol Course, is open to all and offers an experience of desert and mountain golf like no other in the region.
At the golf club you’ll receive a very warm welcome, enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the clubhouse, choosing from a selection of pasta, tacos, salads, entrees and more. The practice facilities are first-rate (and included in your green fee), on the golf course you’ll enjoy complimentary tacos and drinks at the turn. A day at Cabo Del Sol is not to be missed.
The Cabo Del Sol Course Overview
The Cabo Del Sol Course is Tom Weiskopf’s onsite companion to the now privately owned Nicklaus’ Cove Club Golf Course. With mesmerizing views of the ocean from all 18 holes, canyon-like arroyos and diverse foliage serve as penal yet beautiful surroundings, guiding this inland track from start to finish. Undulating greens, varying elevation changes, and dramatic bunkering pose significant challenges to visitors of all abilities on this 18-hole track that opened in December of 2001. A variety of teeing options allows for the golfer to choose his or her desired length, which can range from 4,810 to 7,100 yards. High above the water below, the sea meets the sky on the horizon to create a scenic background you won’t soon forget.
