Carmel Valley Ranch Golf Course overview
The only Pete Dye design in all of Northern California, the course at Carmel Valley Ranch is a real treat for all levels of golfer with dramatic elevation changes and stunning scenery. A par-70 layout and therefore slightly shorter than today’s modern monsters, the tight fairways wind through vineyards, lavender fields, ponds, and oak groves, utilizing mother nature to the fullest.
Located 10 miles inland from the Pacific Coast on the eastern boundary of the Santa Lucia Preserve, Carmel Valley Ranch enjoys a unique microclimate of 300 days of sunshine per year and manages to avoid the sea mist that often hugs the Monterey Peninsula.
Signature Holes at Carmel Valley Ranch Golf Club
