Palmetto Course
at Myrtlewood Golf Club
Myrtle Beach, USA
Palmetto Course overview
Originally opened in 1972, the Palmetto Course at Myrtlewood Golf Club has always been a decent layout however the recent renovations by architect Dan Schlegel have improved it significantly.
The bunkering is now more relevant, and the expanded fairways and greens have made it more playable, resulting in a far more enjoyable experience for all levels of golfer.
Measuring just over 7000 yards off the tips, with holes carved through pine forests alongside the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, the Palmetto Course is now firmly back on the Myrtle Beach map.
Signature Holes
Off the tips, #18 is a 468-yard par-4 that runs right alongside the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and is a great way to finish your round.
