Abersoch Golf Club overview
Harry Vardon laid out the golf course at Abersoch in 1908, providing visitors with an enjoyable, non-taxing round of golf in wonderful surroundings. Located on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula in west Wales, golfers are treated to stunning views of Cardigan Bay on one side and the Snowdonia Mountains on the other.
The clubhouse bar is known for its guest specialty beers and the restaurant has an outside terrace overlooking the course. Golfers will also find a well-stocked pro shop and a simulator room which can be rented by the hour individually or as a group.
Abersoch Golf Course overview
Abersoch Golf Club provides plenty of interest and variety, whether it be the superb 360° views or the mix of links-style holes with parkland golf. Measuring only 5847-yards from the back tees it is very playable and often serves as a good way to dust off the cobwebs on a golf tour.
A par-69, the opening 12 holes and the closing par-3 18th play like a links whilst the others, particularly the fairways play more like a typical parkland course. Soak up the surrounding scenery as it’s just beautiful!
