Disney's Palm Golf Club overview
Situated at the Shades of Green Resort in Southwest Orlando, Disney’s Palm shares a clubhouse with its Magnolia Course and 9-hole Oak Trail layout. The pro shop is well stocked and as you’d expect, full of Disney merchandise! Food and beverage carts will make their way around the course and players can also stop in at ‘Chip-n-Dale’s Café,’ a snack bar located near the Magnolia Golf Course putting green.
In addition to that putting green, all guests can warm up on the driving range located onsite. Disney’s Palm Course and clubhouse have everything a player needs to enjoy their day of golf.
Disney's Palm Golf Course overview
Disney’s Palm Course was designed in 1971 by Joe Lee but redesigned in 2013 by the Arnold Palmer Group to make the course more challenging. This par-72 Florida-style course is 6870 yards from the tips, features 4 sets of tees and weaves through Florida’s natural landscape.
Testing tee shots, well-placed bunkers and numerous water hazards give the Palm Course its teeth. Couple that with beautiful palm trees and excellent conditions and you will find that Disney’s Palm Course has a lot to offer to its guests.
Signature Holes
Disney’s Palm Golf Course has several beautiful holes but the one that stands out is the par-4 18th. Measuring 463 yards from the back tees, this hole requires a great drive and an even better approach. The second shot is played over water, with a hazard that stretches all the way around to the right side of the green. Guests love the dramatic finish this hole offers.
