Vaughan Lodge, built in 2005 is situated on the edge of Lahinch, just a short walk from the center of the village which is well known for its quality of surfing and world-class golf club. A boutique style, 4-star property it provides an understated but high-quality retreat complete with contemporary, airy rooms, an excellent Seafood Restaurant and a lovely cocktail lounge with traditional log fire.

The world-famous Old Course at Lahinch Golf Club is within walking distance from the hotel with Greg Norman’s more modern but equally impressive design at Doonbeg just 30-minutes’ drive south, and Dromoland Castle 40-minutes inland.
Accommodation
Vaughan Lodge has 30 spacious, contemporary bedrooms, each one equipped with ensuite bathrooms, traditional décor and comfortable double beds. Many of the rooms provide ocean views with some even having balconies to enjoy the sunsets of summer.

VL Restaurant at Vaughan Lodge has been awarded 2 Rosettes amongst other local dining accolades and is regarded as Lahinch’s premier ‘elegant dining’ venue. Focused on classical fine dining with a modern twist, seafood is their speciality. The bar is situated in the lounge at Vaughan Lodge, providing a warm and intimate place to gather for a few drinks.

Vaughan Lodge is on the outskirts of Lahinch village, which is located in Liscannor Bay on the west coast of Ireland. International access is best through Shannon Airport which is less than an hour's drive away.
