Golf Courses
Two of the finest golf courses on the coast are within the complex. Flamingos Golf Club and Alferini Golf Club (previously called Gran Flamingo), are two Antonio Garrido masterpieces that will leave you simply stunned!
There is also a shorter course ideal for beginners and lessons, called Tramores, located on-site. All of these three golf courses have 18 holes and are widely considered to be among the best in southern Spain. Conveniently for the guests at the resort, they are located just next door.

Location

Alferini Golf Course
This 18-hole, par-73 golf course was opened in November 2007 and plays a lengthy 7260 yards. The layout has been described as being rather technical with long fairways and wide greens. There are five starting platforms on each tee, so although a testing course, all abilities get a fair chance. Like the other golf courses situated on the Flamingos Resort this one also has breath-taking views. Set in a valley, this course is surrounded by mountains and is isolated from any buildings and noise.
Flamingos Golf Course
Designed by renowned architect Antonio Garcia Garrido, Flamingos Golf Club was the first course to be created at Flamingos Resort. This prestigious course has already played host to the European Tour Senior Match Play and offers incredible views of the Mediterranean throughout golfer’s rounds. Every hole features its own type of tree as well as winding holes around lakes and the Arroyo Del Taraje stream.
Tramores Golf Course
The shortest of the three courses designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido which opened in March 2010, Tramores Golf Club is located in a stunning valley just minutes from the other courses onsite. It is par-63 and ideal for a quick, fun round of golf or simply somewhere to warm up or really improve your skills. Tramores is a precise and fast field while remaining technical and very entertaining, perfect to be enjoyed immediately.
